Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

ClientFlow is operated and sold by Jeeda Hallak ("we", "us", "the seller"). By creating an account or continuing to use ClientFlow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and enter into a contract with Jeeda Hallak. If you use ClientFlow on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. The service

ClientFlow is a web application that helps freelancers and small agencies manage clients, projects, tasks, invoices, files, client approvals and client portals, with optional AI-assisted writing features. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Pro or Agency).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ClientFlow within your selected plan. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Your account and acceptable use

You must keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must not misuse the service, including:

  • Using it for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam;
  • Infringing intellectual property rights of others;
  • Interfering with the security or operation of the service (malware, probing, scraping);
  • Reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing or circumventing technical limits of the service.

For AI-assisted features, you are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the generated output, for verifying its accuracy, and for having the rights to any content you provide. AI output may be inaccurate and is not a substitute for professional advice. You must not use AI features to produce illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech or malware, or to attempt to bypass safety measures. We may remove or restrict content, filter outputs and suspend accounts that violate these rules, and we provide a takedown pathway for rights-holder complaints via the contact details below.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of ClientFlow and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial with no card required; when the trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window; you may request an export or deletion via the contact details below.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved in its courts unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of ClientFlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Questions about these terms: contact Jeeda Hallak via the support option in the app or at the email shown on your checkout receipt.
